Per Second Billing

Unlike some of our competitors we will only bill you for the time you spend on the call. This is done by billing on a per second basis rather than rounding calls to the nearest whole minute. It is one of many ways we want to ensure our billing is as clear
and simple as possible.

Keep the Same Phone Number One of the myths associated to moving away from BT is that you will lose your phone number.

No Setup Charges,
Monthly Subscription Costs, or Minimum Contracts We do not operate any form of long-term contracts, call setup or minimum call charges.
You pay per second and only for the time you spend speaking on the phone. We operate a completely open policy with our users. All prices are openly published on our website for download and review at anytime. Itemised

No Minimum Call Spend
We do not force any of our customers to reach minimum call committments. This means that both residential and business talk customers can benefit from our low cost calls no matter how large or small your phone bill is. Businesses may not realise that penalty charges maybe being applied to their bills owing to failed spend commitments, but not with us!

Billing & Control Panel
All invoices and itemised bills are available for download at anytime, from any place, using our own in-house designed control panel. We operate a paperless office and are proud of our achievements. This is provided to call customers at no extra charge. A recent development now allows you to view the calls made the previous day.
Every 24 hours we will update and allow you to review calls and their associated costs.
Call Interrogation and Statistics
All Bluemast customers have access to a powerful search facility which allows them to pull off very specific information about the calls made from their accounts. It is a facility which is provided completely free of charge.

Outbond SMS texts
Our SMS platform really puts your clients in the driving seat, giving you access to a range of very powerful solutions to make the sending of bulk messages very easy. SMS gives you a new way of communicating simple messages to your clients in a very targeted and cheap marketing medium.

Multiple Originator Names Users can benefit from the ability of sending messages branded with their own name. For example a company with the name of Dentist Limited could have messages appearing on their clients phone with the sender name of DENTIST up to a maximum of 11 characters.

Multiple Originator NumbersShould you own or manage multiple phones we allow you the ability to send messages appearing as that that originating phone’s number. For example, if your phone number is 0788191919 our platform will allow you to send messages from our control panel appearing as if it were sent by that phone. Customers / friends receiving messages from you will see the originating name as 0788191919 (or how they list you in their phonebook), and can reply in the normal way back to your phone. 0800 0845 numbers have a high public awareness among customers. With this number you can make it easier for your customers to contact you by sharing some of the call costs.

Bluemast Broadband will depend on a number of
factors,including the distance you are from your
local telephone exchange

Upload speed
Bluemast Broadband have upload speeds of 512k-100mb/sec. The upload speed is the speed at which data (e.g. photographs) are uploaded
to the internet (e.g. when you load your
photographs onto a website). Upload speeds
are slower than download speeds. The reason
for this is that people generally do far more
downloading.

Free wireless router

The Bluemast router, with a built-in firewall ,
allows you to connect more than one computer
to broadband and is compatible with VoIP.

Static IP address
Bluemast Broadband comes with static IP address is a unique
number which gives a computer a permanent
address on the Internet and is more suited for more
advanced Internet usage such as:
